The store itself is great - they have food for a variety of diets. What isn't great is whoever does the special orders. Some of the specialty foods that I require are often way under-stocked, so I special order them. I have been doing so for about a year now and it only went without complication once. Some mistake is made almost every time. I would stop ordering from them, but since Great Pumpkin closed I have no other options. I really wish they would create a better system for special orders, or improve how they implement whatever system is in place. It is very frustrating.
